Calcutta HC grants conditional bail plea of Rajeev Kumar on Saradha scam

The Calcutta High Court
today granted conditional bail
plea of former Kolkata Police
Commissioner Rajeev Kumar
on Sarada Chit Fund scam

The Division Bench of the
High Court ended hearing on
the issue on Monday. The
scam probing by the CBI
wanted to take him into their
custody.

Earlier, the District and
Session Court of Alipore in
South 24-Parganas District of
West Bengal rejected his bail
application
