ANOOP KHINCHI IAS APPOINTED PS TO ARJUN RAM MEGHWAL

2008 batch IAS officer of Nagaland cadre, Anoop Khinchi has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Sh. Arjun Ram Meghwal at the level of Deputy Secretary.
