ZOOLOGICAL PARKS SHOULD SHUT DOWN IF THEY CAN’T ENSURE SAFETY OF ITS VISITORS

A day passed but still the gory of the incidence of white tiger killing a youth in Delhi ZOO, incidentally, accidentally or a suicide attempt which is yet to be proved still looms minds of people at large.

The reports on media in electronic ,prints all over flashed yesterday and people at large were aghast by the dreadful incident.An animal is an animal and its nature or mood cannot be pre-determined i.e whether he is in good mood or bad mood.

ZOO all across world are secured for visitors as the reach of the visitors inside the enclosures of the wild animals is restricted by modern means of security and even the physical security of man guards provided for extra safety of visitors and even monitored through cctv’s but here in Delhi Zoo the youth was found miserable begging before the carnivore for its life.

The visitor can be old ,young ,can be a little bit unstable,handicap but the question is ,was it not the duty of Delhi Zoo administration to assure 100% safety of its visitors as large flocks of visitors visit zoo daily,how can they determine the mental state of a visitor visiting ,but they can assure their system security foolproof as yesterday before 10 min of death of the person when he was pleading to the beast for mercy ,the zoo administration could have tranquilized the beast if there had been an armed security guard in the vicinity with sedative filled injection bullets ,it would have definitely saved the life of the innocent man.

Its the time the administration should wake up and take corrective actions before any such incidence happens again.

Also the people at large should remember that human being howmuch strong or intelligent he is sometime somewhere at some point  at the mercy of god made animals ,nature and things .
