Vijay Keshav Gokhale IFS takes over as Foreign Secretary replacing S. Jaishankar

1981 batch Indian Foreign Service(IFS) officer, Vijay Keshav Gokhale has taken over the charge as new Foreign Secretary on Monday, succeeding S. Jaishankar.
