U.S. EMBASSY IN INDIA LAUNCHES ITS HINDI WEBSITE

New Delhi:  U.S. Embassy in India inaugurated its Hindi website on 3rd April ,2014. Chairperson of Prasar Bharati Mrinal Pande was Chief Guest at the event, which featured remarks by U.S. Ambassador Nancy J. Powell and interactive displays highlighting the Embassy’s Hindi website (http://hindi.newdelhi.usembassy.gov/) and the Span Hindi Magazine web portal (http://span.state.gov/hi).

The launch of the U.S. Embassy’s website in Hindi is “another step forward towards linking us even deeper to India’s cultural heritage,” said Ambassador Powell. “भारत और अमेरिका का भविष्य उज्ज्वल है,” she added. (“India and the United States have a bright future.”)
