2014 The Government of NCT of Delhi has constituted a three member committee for suggesting safety norms for Planning and Designing of Metro Station and Tunnels in the capital. The Transport Departmenadopted National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 130) guidelines for planning and designing of metro station and tunnels. These norms were developed in the United States.
