The self defence program for women “SAY NO TO FEAR” on the International Women’s Day organized by DELHI POLICE at Indoor Stadium, near VC office, Delhi University at 11AM, today.The Hon’ble Union Home Minister Sh. Rajnath Singh graced the occassion by inaugrating the event.
