New Delhi: Rajesh Kishore,a 1980 batch IAS officer of Gujarat Cadre assumed the charge of the Secretary General, National Human Rights Commission in New Delhi today.Prior to his appointment to the NHRC, he was holding the post of Additional Chief Secretary (Health), Government of Gujarat.
