PNB RENOVATED HISTORIC BRANCH OF CHANDNI CHOWK ,DELHI INAUGRATED

INAGURATION OF RENOVATED PREMISES OF HISTORIC PNB BRANCH, CHANDNI CHOWK, DELHI

Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Dr Harshvardhan in presence of MD & CEO PNB, Mrs Usha Anathsubramanian, inaugurated renovated historic PNB branch at Chandani Chowk, Delhi.

Mrs Usha Anathasubramanian, MD & CEO, PNB addressed the gathering and informed that it is not only the 1st branch of PNB in India but also is a part of cultural heritage of our country. In this occasion Mrs Usha Anathasubramanian, MD & CEO declared the branch as a Heritage Branch and will be maintained accordingly.

Chief Guest of the occasion Dr Harshwardhan focused on the life stature of our founder Punjab Keshari Shri Lala Lajpat Rai and also mentioned that due to his Swadeshi visionary PNB is one of the lead runners in the Indian Banking Industry. He appreciated the efforts of PNB in the implementation of various social schemes as Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, Mudra Yojna and Suraksha bandhan schemes. He also informed that as Chandni Chowk is an epicenter of Indian cultural heritage the branch may be named as Heritage Branch.

On this occasion Mr. Rajesh Yaduvanshi, FGM Delhi and Mr. B.N.Mishra, Circle Head, Delhi were also present.
