New Delhi: Jamia Milia Vice Chancellor and a former IAS officer Najeeb Jung sworn in as the new Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.Jung joined the IAS Madhya Pradesh cadre in 1973 and worked in various capacities in Madhya Pradesh and the central governments.
