“MOBILIO” MEANS MOBILITY-HONDA LAUNCHES IT’S MUCH AWAITED MPV IN INDIA

Honda Motors  launched its much-awaited multi-utility passenger vehicle (MPV) Mobilio in India yesterday.

It will come in both diesel as well as petrol variant. Petrol versions are priced between Rs 6.49 lakh and Rs 8.76 lakh, while diesel versions will be priced between Rs 7.89 lakh and Rs 10.86 lakh. (All prices are ex-showroom Delhi).

Based on the successful Brio platform, this 7-seater vehicle marks the foray of Honda in the MPV segment in India.

Honda said that the name Mobilio has been coined from English words mobility and mobile.
