Engineers Association DJB celebrated “Engineers Day”
The Engineers Association, Delhi Jal Board, celebrated the Engineers Day as a tribute to the great Indian Engineer, Bharat Ratna, Sir M.Visvesvaraya. Sh. Kapil Mishra, Chairperson DJB and Hon’ble Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi graced the occasion. Sh. Dinesh Mohaniya, Vice Chairperson DJB as well as Sh. S.S.Yadav, CEO DJB were also present at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road during the celebration.
The President of the Engineers Association, Sh. Shalabh Kumar, Vice President, Sh. Praveen Kumar Jain and the General Secretary, Sh. Yash Prakash welcomed the guests. The theme of the Engineers Day 2015 was declared to be “Engineering Challenges in the Knowledge Era.”
On this occasion, the DJB Engineers reaffirmed their resolution to work in the interests of the people of Delhi with full devotion, integrity and taking into account the latest developments in the field of sustainable technology.”
