DTC to provide free ride to women on Raksha Bandhan 

·       Journey for free in Non AC DTC buses and Cluster Buses

·       Shri Gopal Rai extend their greeting to all Delhiites on  Raksha Bandhan

·       Free ride from 8 AM to 10 PM

Delhi Transport Minister Shri Gopal Rai today stated that Government has decided to provide free ride to women in DTC buses and Cluster buses on Raksha Bandhan day. The Delhi Transport Corporation has been instructed to ensure free ride on DTC buses between 8 AM to 10 PM to the women on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan .  The Transport Minister further stated that the decision has been taken to provide safe, comfortable and convenient ride.  The lady passengers will be allowed free travelling in DTC Non AC buses and cluster buses which are operating at Delhi.
