Gaigongdin Panmei appointed as Financial Adviser, North Eastern Council

1989 batch IRS(C&CE) officer, Gaigongdin Panmei has been appointed as Financial Adviser at JS level in the North Eastern Council, Shillong under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region.
