A.SHESHAGIRI RAO JOINS AS CMD TCIL

Shri A. Seshagiri Rao joined as Chairman & Managing Director, Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) on 28.08.2017.  Shri Rao is an Electronics & Communications Engineer, who started his career as an officer of Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers.  He has wide  experience in the areas of Railway Signaling and Telecommunications. He was working as Director (Marketing & Planning) in RailTel Corporation of India Limited before joining TCIL and was with RailTel from its formative years.
