ACC APPOINTS SANJAY KOTHARI IAS AS SECRETARY TO THE PRESIDENT

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments for an initial
period of two years:
(i) Sanjay Kothari, lAS (HY 78) (Retd.), presently Chairman, Public Enterprises Selection Board
(PESB)as Secretary to the President.
(ii) Bharat Lal, IFoS (GJ 88) as Joint Secretary to the President.
(iii)Ashok Malik, Distinguished Fellow, Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi as Press
Secretary to the President
