A three member panel to look into the Northern Grid power failure,report expected in 2 week time

A 3 member panel will look into the failure of northern grid and submit it report in next 15 days ,said Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde addressing the media and added that the grid would be restored completely in cuple of hours.

Asked about the possible reason for Northern Grid Failure the minister reponded that let the commitee of 3 panel member come up with the report only then it can be clarified.

The whole of Northern India was engulfed with darkness leaving the northern cities in despair,Morning hours saw the red lights non working and traffic chaos spread allover especially it was witnessed more severe in New Delhi.Mostly office goers and school goers were effected as the delhi metro also came to a halt for few hours leaving commuters in array.
